Everything you need to know about the warranty we offer on InEars and accessories.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to BK Audio for all repairs. BK AUDIO covers the cost of shipping back to the customer only for products covered by warranty service.

 

1 year warranty on internal components Drivers

BKAUDIO offers a warranty on its internal components, such as Dynamic or Balanced Armature drivers for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

 

30-Day In-Mould Fit Guarantee
 

Due to the many variables that go into creating a custom monitor for the Oido Custom, adjustment may be necessary. BK AUDIO offers a 30-day fit guarantee to ensure the ideal fit of your personal monitors. If you feel that your monitors need some adjustment, you feel that they bother, hurt or do not isolate, do not worry, contact us to see the necessary adjustment that we have to make. All custom InEars isolate 26dB.

This warranty also covers our custom ear plugs or attenuators.

60-DAY CABLE WARRANTY
BKAUDIO offers a 60-day limited warranty on all professional cables, premium cables and microphone cables against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery. BKAUDIO will replace or repair all cables within warranty.IO

 

The warranty does not cover the following:
Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, earwax, excessive volume, shock, neglect, misapplication, or normal wear and tear

Damage caused by improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair by a third party or unauthorized person.

Damage caused by modifications or alterations without the written permission of the company.

Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company.

In the event of a broken case, we offer a refurbishment service which is a base price plus additional costs for customizations, replacement controllers, and shipping.

Warranty only applies to products paid in full
