How is the buy process?
Choose one of our Custom Series (made to fit your ear), Semi Custom or Personalized (The one that suits your needs).
Choose the desired color of your IEM, remember that you can combine colors and choose any color and texture, WITHOUT EXTRA COST
Continue the process and fill in all the requested data, choose the place of delivery and pay. Do not forget to send us your Ear Impressions (Molds) to our offices at the address found in the section
CONTACT US.
Make your payment and add notes at the end of your purchase, such as Name that will go on the case.
To put your design, logo, name on your IEM contact us we can do it (restrictions apply according to design) It has no cost, we customize them to your liking.
The manufacturing time varies from 15 to 25 business days, depending on design and work demand. We must have your designs and impressions in case of acquiring your IEM Custom to start manufacturing

What is the processing time of my In ears?
We have different times depending on the models you are looking for.
Custom: 15 to 25 business days once your prints are received.
Universal Custom: 10 to 15 business days once we receive your designs
What drivers, components and materials do they use?
We use Drivers of the highest technology and quality worldwide that are used by the large IEM companies such as Knowless and Sonion, our manufacturing materials are Resin of the highest quality and suitable for contact with the skin, thus avoiding infections and diseases in your ears.
Our accessories such as Cables, Cases and more are of the highest quality,
What type of file should my design be?
For logo or custom designs we need them to be in Png format without a background. Make sure it's a high resolution image; otherwise it will be difficult to get the best reproduction.
Remember that the simpler the design, your in ear will look much better.

How accurate are the colors?
Colors shown may differ from final product. The finished product may vary depending on the shape, size and orientation of the ear. Any changes made due to these factors are at the discretion of BK Audio. Finished orders will not be reordered due to color variation.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
How should I clean my headphones?
We know how important our in ears are to you, that's why we have good quality cases and different materials, most of our in ears include a simple gift case, but nevertheless we have Premium rigid cases for you.
To clean your IEM, wipe down the casings with a damp cloth or antiseptic wipe. Do not put liquid in the channel, as this can cause the audio to fade (Note: sweat can also clog the acoustic damper, but normally, the audio will return when the damper dries out).
Use the cleaning brush to remove excess wax from the canals, hold the earpiece with the canals facing the floor (let gravity help it out), being careful to remove the wax and not push the wax into the canal, which which may affect sound quality and IEM performance.
If you have wax that you cannot remove we can do some major maintenance, for this you will need to send your IEMs to our facilities. This may apply an additional cost

What if my headphones are defective?
It's highly unlikely - we build these things to last! - but it could happen. That's why we offer a 1-year warranty on Drivers and a 1-month warranty on labor on all headphones (Custom In-Mold Fit or Universal). This warranty covers the headset only (sorry, cables and accessories are not included). If your cable has faults when you receive your IEM, contact us and we will change it immediately.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our lab, but after we make arrangements, we will return your IEMs via courier.
